How much does PRPath cost? +

PRPath offers two flexible subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: $9.99/month - Perfect if you want to try PRPath before committing to a full year.

Annual Plan: $49.99/year - Our best value, saving you 58% compared to monthly billing.

Both plans include full access to all PRPath features: unlimited ATLAS AI coaching, AI-generated personalized workout templates, automatic PR detection, volume and progress tracking, cloud sync across devices, and ongoing updates.

Is there a free trial? +

Yes! All PRPath plans include a 7-day free trial at launch. You can experience all features-ATLAS AI coaching, workout logging, progressive overload tracking, and more-completely free for 7 days.

After the trial ends, your chosen subscription (monthly or annual) will begin automatically. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.

Can I get a refund? +

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@prpath.app for a full refund.

After the 7-day period, you can cancel anytime, and your subscription will end at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of your subscription after the 7-day guarantee period.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel your PRPath subscription anytime directly from the app settings. Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll maintain full access to all PRPath features until your billing period ends. If you need assistance canceling, contact support@prpath.app.

Progressive overload is the foundation of strength training-consistently increasing the demands on your muscles. PRPath makes this easy:

During every workout: PRPath shows your previous sets and reps right on the screen. You know exactly what to beat.

Automatic PR detection: The app automatically identifies and saves your personal records (PRs) for every exercise.

Comprehensive history: View your complete set history, weekly volume (weight × reps), and PR timelines. Track real progress-not just vanity streaks.

Research-backed metrics: Focus on metrics that matter: volume, strength progression, and form improvement-not arbitrary metrics like "longest streak."

Can I create custom workout programs? +

Absolutely! PRPath offers multiple ways to build your perfect program:

ATLAS-generated templates: Let ATLAS create personalized 4-6 day workout splits based on your goals, experience level, equipment availability, and schedule. Templates are specifically tailored to your needs.

Manual program creation: Build custom programs from scratch if you have your own programming preferences.

Template modification: Modify ATLAS-generated templates to fit your preferences perfectly.

On-the-fly adjustments: During workouts, add, remove, or swap exercises without disrupting your program structure.

Does PRPath work offline? +

Yes! PRPath works completely offline. You can log all your sets and workouts without an internet connection. Perfect for the gym where you don't have reliable Wi-Fi.

All data is stored locally on your device while offline. When you reconnect to the internet, your workouts automatically sync to the cloud. This keeps your data backed up and synced across all your Apple devices.

Note: ATLAS AI coaching requires internet to generate responses, but all other features work offline.

What devices can I use PRPath on? +

Currently available: iOS 17+ (iPhone and iPad)

Coming soon: Android support is in development and will be available shortly after launch.

PRPath is optimized for modern iOS devices with larger screens and powerful processors. All data syncs seamlessly across your Apple devices-use your iPhone at the gym, your iPad at home, and everything stays in sync.

Do I need internet to use PRPath? +

During workouts: No internet required! Log all your sets, exercises, and reps completely offline at the gym.

For cloud features: You'll need internet to:

  • Sync data across devices
  • Access ATLAS AI coaching features
  • Generate new workout templates with ATLAS

Smart syncing: Your data automatically syncs when connectivity is restored. No manual upload needed.

Is my data backed up and secure? +

Yes, your data is fully backed up and secure.

Encryption: All your workout data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption (256-bit AES).

Cloud backup: Your data is automatically backed up to secure cloud servers. If you lose your device, your data is safe and can be restored on a new device.

Multi-device sync: Sync securely across multiple Apple devices. Changes on one device appear on all others within seconds.

What information does PRPath collect about me? +

PRPath collects the following information to provide better coaching and features:

Workout data: Exercises, weights, sets, reps, rest periods, and workout notes.

Profile information: Age, experience level, fitness goals, equipment available, and training preferences.

Device analytics: App usage patterns (anonymized) to help us improve features and performance.

We do NOT: Sell your data to third parties. Share personal information without consent. Store more data than necessary. Track location or personal biometric data.
