Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PRPath mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PRPath is a fitness tracking and AI-powered workout coaching application that helps you:

• Log and track your workouts
• Create custom workout templates and programs
• Receive personalized AI coaching from Atlas
• Monitor your progress and personal records
• Analyze your training data and statistics

3. Account Registration

To use PRPath, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive:

• 3 free workouts per month
• Limited access to Atlas AI coach features
• Access to basic workout tracking

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited workouts
• Full access to Atlas AI coach
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Custom workout programming
• Cloud backup and sync

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds for partial periods

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Current subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price change takes effect.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Our Atlas AI coach feature:

• Provides general fitness guidance, not personalized medical advice
• May occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information
• Should not replace consultation with certified trainers or medical professionals
• Is based on the information you provide and may not account for all health conditions

You are solely responsible for evaluating and following any AI-generated recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface and design
• AI model training and outputs
• Exercise databases and descriptions
• Logos and branding

...is owned by PRPath or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your workout data and user-generated content. By using the App, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App
• Display your content within the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PRPath is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PRPath harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Injuries or damages resulting from your workouts

10. Data Backup

While we make efforts to backup data:

• We are not responsible for data loss
• You should maintain your own backups of important workout data
• We may delete inactive accounts after extended periods

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account in the App settings
• Canceling your subscription through Apple ID settings
• Uninstalling the App

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity
• Required by law
• You engage in abusive behavior

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at prpath.app/privacy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple StoreKit: For subscription payments
• advanced AI: For AI coaching features
• Supabase: For data storage and authentication

These services have their own terms of use which you also agree to by using the App.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@prpath.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
